After acquiring the majority stake in Frabes in 2016, Denkavit Group has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% of Frabes shares. Therefore, from August 1st, 2019 Frabes became 100% part of the Denkavit group.

Frabes and Denkavit intend to strengthen their position in the Italian milk replacer market as well as develop feeds for the nutrition of young animals and continue to grow internationally.
